CDACPC 16 Progressive Challenge

Hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday. It's actually a lovely Spring Day here, lots of sunshine. My card today features one of the images provided to us by the talented artists in this round of the progressive challenge at CDAC. Nana Vic is the artist of this lovely bird cage. After colouring with Copics  I tried using Flock on the flowers. I can see that it is a look I will like once I get a bit more practice with it. After the Flock dried I add a bit of shading with my Copics & some glitter glue. I used a gold paint pen to go over all the scroll work. Papers are MME & I used a Spellbonder die to cut out the image & it's matting. I also inked all the edges.
Thanks for stopping by. Until next time.
hugs,
Nancy

WOW! Nancy your card is gorgeous and I'm so pleased that my digital 'Bird Cage Roses' inspired you to play with the flocking as the effect is stunning. I also like how you've added dimension to all the scrolling. Your eye for details is amazing and is reflected in the combination of papers that you used. Thank you for joining in round 16. *Hugs*
