You Make Me Smile!

Hope you are enjoying your Sunday afternoon. It's beautiful here in SW Ontario, so I took advantage of it and spent a little time enjoying the sunshine, before the Spring rains start tomorrow.

I'd like to share with you a card I made using a close cropped image by Mo Manning. The image is called "What's Cookin'?" and you can find it right here in Mo's shop .

 

As you can see I printed the image a bit bigger than usual and then used just her adorable face.I used Copic Markers to colour it. I kept the whole card fairly simple; just some embossed card stock. a bit of ribbon and some washi tape. I used a Spellbinder die to cut out the circle sentiment and Creative Memories' cutting system to cut out the image. I used a hand punch to add the dots to the top of the sentiment circle. A bit of faux stitching and doodling help to finish this card up.
